    Who can purchase from this site?
    Purchasers must certify they are 21 or older and are acquiring materials for laboratory research use only. Certification is required both to enter the catalog and again at checkout.
    Do you provide preparation instructions?
    No. We do not publish or provide preparation, dilution, or administration guidance for any material. Experimental design and handling are the receiving laboratory's responsibility.
    When will my order ship?
    Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET Monday to Thursday, or by 2:00 PM ET on Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or carrier holiday, ship the next business day. All shipments are tracked.
